  AMAZING TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS!!! JR and the entire Atlantis team made my dream of purchasing a second home a reality! From beginning to end, I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful, supportive and caring group of professionals! With a high debt-to-income ratio, and lower credit, I was not an optimal second home buyer candidate. After my first consultation with Atlantis, I was well on my way and closed very quickly thereafter! And got a GREAT RATE, too! Getting to the closing table would not have been possible without JR's guidance and knowledge! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and the Atlantis Team!

  BEWARE ... STAY AWAY .. ESP FROM Doug! I am not sure how long they have been in business but it looks like they are just so desperate to get a customer that their loan officer said that since he works on commission only we must be obligated to seal the deal with him. Not only we were still under initial offer period/attorney review (on the very first stage of the deal) he called us names and liars. First of all who talks like this ? and then who will like to be pressured by a lender to sign the deal when you are not even out of the initial offer stage.. literally I am talking about 1 WEEK time since we got in touch with them. To me they appeared like a bunch of desperate scammers who didn't like the fact that they weren't able to get anywhere in just few days. We have contacted few other lenders and they have been so welcoming. polite and helpful, AND NOT DESPERATE AT ALL like Doug. Very unpleasant and disappointing experience. Glad we saw their real face in time.

  My husband and I found Doug and the team at Atlantis to be very helpful and attentive in getting us a good rate even with tight seller deadlines for our first home mortgage. Nice work and we would definitely recommend !
